• Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely packing of fragile statues and décor items.
• Customers are requested to carefully review product details, quantity, and delivery address before checkout.

2. No Return & No Exchange Policy

• All products sold on Poojalaya are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, color variation, size issues, or personal preference.
• Minor variations in finish or color may occur due to lighting or handcrafted nature of products.

3. No Refund Policy

• Payments made on Poojalaya are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be provided for delivery delays, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, courier issues, or customer unavailability.

4. Damaged Product on Delivery (Only Exception)

• Refunds or returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear images and/or unboxing video along with original packaging are mandatory for verification.

To report a damaged product, please email poojalayaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and damage proof.

Upon verification and approval, Poojalaya may offer a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds will not be provided.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

• Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
• Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery.
• Missing original packaging or proof.
• Minor imperfections that do not affect product usability.

6. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

• Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or holidays are beyond our control.
• Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.
